HEALTH & SAFETY
Our accreditation's such as Safe Contractor, NICEIC, BAFE and Construction line ensure the improvement of staffs health & Safety in the work place weather onsite or in the office. Toolbox talks and our open door policy encourages our staff to share any concerns they may have.
MENTAL HEALTH
H&H Electrical approach mental health in the work place with encouraging our staff to talk if their mental health is suffering.
We offer a safe place for them to speak face to face or over the phone.
Our management style suits each person as we are all different.
We have a fully qualified counselor on hand to help with any aspect of our teams Mental Health.
